Do I need an International Driving Permit (IDP) to rent a car in Crete?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
Is it possible to rent a car at one location and return it to another?
Yes, we do offer free different location pickup and drop-off.
What is the fuel policy for car rentals in Crete?
The most common fuel policies are "full-to-full" (you receive the car with a full tank and return it with a full tank) and "same-to-same" (return the car with the same amount of fuel as when you picked it up). Check your rental agreement for the specific policy.
Are there any restrictions on where I can drive the rental car?
Feel free to explore the entire island of Crete with unlimited mileage.
Can I add an additional driver to the rental agreement?
We do not allow additional drivers; only the primary driver listed on the rental agreement is permitted to drive the vehicle.
What documents do I need to present when picking up the rental car?
You will need to present a valid driving license, an IDP if required, a passport or ID card, and a credit card in the main driver’s name.
What should I do in case of an accident or breakdown?
In case of an accident, contact us and local authorities immediately. For breakdowns, We do not provide roadside assistance. The contact details for roadside assistance should be provided with your rental agreement.
Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
Additional fees may apply depending on the situation. If you have specific requirements not included in the car's parameters, please contact us for more information.
Can I cancel or modify my car rental reservation?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your car rental reservation up to 48 hours before the rental date. After this period, cancellations are not allowed, and modifications depend on availability. Please give us a call, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
